"Ya seem to be confident! What's up with that?" Daniel asked them as he prepared to attack
"Of course we are! Do you think all this time before our attack we didn't get any stronger?" Floga asked as he started warming up his body with his fire
"Ya are a new one! What are ya? A support?" Daniel asked Destiny as he closely inspected from afar
"I have seen you before Daniel and I know how you fight! I may be a support but I will make you suffer more damage than you can imagine!" Destiny said with a smile
"Daring! How about ya show me instead of..."
Before Daniel could finish his sentence Floga dashed toward him kicking him in the face, at least that would have been the case if Daniel didn't block the attack at the last second
'He got faster' Daniel thought
But before Daniel could make another move a quick kick hit him from below, the kick landed like a missile because that's how fast it was moving, Floga extracted so much fire from his leg that his leg moved like a missile
"Cocky" Daniel said as he grabbed Floga's leg
Suddenly a life spear passed through Floga's leg and stabbed Daniel's hand, that way freeing Floga from Daniel
Floga then used fire from his legs to spin around the air and then kicked Daniel in the face before blasting him with a powerful fire wave
"Good job Destiny! We have a chance if we fight like this!" Floga said as he breathed heavily
Using his elemental power required a lot of energy so it made sense he was tired after only four attacks
"Is that all? I expected a bigger upgrade to your skill's quality but I guess you can't expect much from a kid!" Daniel said with his serious voice as he started running toward the two of them
Floga was able to counter Daniel's attack with an attack of his own and Destiny continued to weaken Daniel by throwing him light spears which on one hand weakened Daniel but it was almost futile
Daniel continued to pressure Floga by constantly attacking to the point where Floga had to use his flame like the engine of a plane to get away from Daniel
"Shouldn't you be attacking the support?" Destiny asked as she landed a critical hit at Daniel
This time the life spear that struck Daniel was red and was more intense
'What the hell is that? I'm actually bleeding over this...' Daniel thought as he touched his back
'I promised I wouldn't be useless!' Destiny thought as she recalled her training

"What? You want to expand to the Offensive spectrum?" Gnomon asked confused
"Yes is that possible?"
"I mean yeah it is! The myth we once thought that you have to master one spectrum to move to another is false but not entirely, you see you can learn skills from different spectrums but it's ideal to have mastered your main one first, moving hastily to another spectrum can cause problems and most definitely won't benefit you! I advise you to learn creation first then move to the Offensive spectrum"
Gnomon advised Destiny not to try to expand to other spectrums but it was useless since Destiny was D E T E R M I N E D
"Please, teacher! Just one technique! I only need one!"
"Okay if it's just one so be it! But you have to work hard unless you want a bellow bad skill" Gnomon said with a smile

"How did you like my death spear?" Destiny asked with a smile on her face as she was holding two red death spears in her hands
'The only way I was able to deal damage to him was because of all those life spears I hit him before! This skill can only deal damage as long as I have stuck my target with many life spears before, meaning if I use one now it won't do anything...' Destiny thought as she tried to hide that fact
"Looks like I have to deal with you first!" Daniel said as he started running at Destiny
Thankfully Floga quickly stopped Daniel by kicking him in the leg making him fall, Floga then started blasting as much fire as he could at Daniel
The fire was so strong that pushed Floga back so he had to also extract fire from his back so he didn't fly away while burning Floga down
"Get somewhere safe!" Floga yelled at Destiny
Destiny then started running away from Daniel not just because of Floga's warning but because Floga's heat also started damaging Destiny
"Would ya give us some privacy?" Daniel said as he emerged from the flames
He grabbed Floga's head and smacked it on the ground, Daniel then turned his look at Destiny and jumped toward her
"Specialized mana zone: Devil's palm!" Floga said as blood ran down his whole face
Floga and Daniel were transported in a big cage with fire surrounding it from below and from the sides, this cage was hanging from a chain that was attached to a big red hand, nobody could see who this hand belonged to
"What's this? You learned SMZ?" Daniel asked in a serious tone while looking around
"No, I just perfected it!" Floga said with a smile full of D E T E R M I N A T I O N

"So what do you want to discuss about my little Caroline?" Lucifer asked as he stood still
"We want to talk to you about Luck! We noticed that recently you have been trying to get him to join your side by doing many dirty tactics, I believe you are not stupid enough to think we will allow this to happen right?" Gnomon asked Lucifer
"Haha! Of course, I don't think that! Those tries were just an attempt to make him see the superior side but he failed to realize how much stronger we were from him! I had about three chances to kill him but didn't!" Lucifer explained
"Of course, you didn't kill him, he is the white mana spirit's vessel, you would have acted foolish if you did that!" Caroline said with a smirk
"He is the vessel? That's what I say to him to make him feel special! Don't tell me you believe that too!" Lucifer said as he laughed
Gnomon and Caroline were confused and slightly scared
"What do you mean about that?" Gnomon asked
"You wouldn't know because you weren't in business when the actual vessel was around, who was the vessel? A girl that alone could defeat even me in my current state, she was one of the strongest recorded mana users in history! Her name? Hope Hoarz, the actual vessel! Luck simply is "borrowing" Aurumia so I wouldn't call him a vessel" Lucifer explained to the two of them
'Hope... The girl Luck is mourning, again and again, his crush maybe? And why is he saying borrowing? Luck clearly can use golden mana, is he bluffing?' Caroline thought
"Anyway don't you think we talked enough? I was looking forward to versing you two!" Lucifer said as he started to stretch
"Isn't violence impossible for you inside this SMZ?" Gnomon asked confused
"Yeah but if I switch the safety off then I can fight too!"
"You can do that?"
Gnomon wasn't sure if he was telling the truth
"Of course! After all a SMZ is one's personal universe with a set of rules one can change or shift to the situation, so that's what I'm doing! But before we start let me see what I have to fight with!" Lucifer said as a slot machine appeared by his side
Lucifer then pulled the lever and waited to see the results
XIX - The sun
"Oh, nice one! Let's see how well you will do against fire!" Lucifer said as the fire burned intensively around his arms
This fire wasn't regular like Floga's but was much slower, it moved slow but the intensity was much greater
"Lucifer Gestalt will now be vulnerable, and so will his foes!"
After Lucifer chanted those words Gnomon and Caroline finally felt the aura of Lucifer, a disgustingly strong aura that shook their soul
Gnomon quickly created a time circle and launched purple bullets through them to enhance their speed
Lucifer raised his hand and with the fire he had on his hands he burned down every single bullet
"Movement enhancement and space bullet that have increased damage if accelerated, nice combo but quite basic" Lucifer said as he inspected the ashes of the attack
Suddenly a sun-like attack was launched at Lucifer
But that was harmless, Lucifer simply grabbed the attack and suppressed it by burning it with his flames
"Come on now Caroline? Fire-based attack while I got The sun?"
Suddenly a barrage of attacks pushed Lucifer back
"Interesting! You can use the movement enhancement circle on you!" Lucifer said as he seemed unharmed
'Can we really win?' Gnomon wondered
He remembered the time he fought Abet, if he couldn't win him then there was no way to win against his boss and he knew it
"It's no fun beating you up! You are way too weak!"
As Lucifer said that Caroline was already behind Lucifer and ready to attack
She punched Lucifer sending him flying through all the beautiful bushes the Eden's garden had
"I guess you could be a mediocre enemy! After all, you are the strongest!" Lucifer said as he giggled
"Damn right, I am! Now get ready to suffer!" Caroline said as she prepared to attack
Caroline charged at Lucifer but it was not easy to hit him like before because this time Lucifer used his flames as a defensive tool, as soon as Caroline got close to him he intensified the flames
The only way that Caroline could attack Lucifer was by ranged attacks which consisted of a skill called anti-matter pulse cannon, this skill was a mix of the element of space and destruction and was essentially an invisible attack that overcame any obstacle, even the fire Lucifer created
"That's why I feared you, Caroline! You always find a way to overcome any opponent no matter what skill they use! I guess my fire wasn't enough so how about I roll another?" Lucifer said as he made the slot machine appear
He then pulled the lever once again
XI- Strength
Suddenly Lucifer dashed at Caroline and punched her, thankfully Caroline's arms took the blow but they ended up breaking, as for her self she was crushed by what used to be the tree of life
"You are known for your physical strength but with this power, you won't ever be able to face me like you face everyone weaker than you!" Lucifer said as he smiled
Gnomon desperately tried to help by hitting Lucifer with the maximum amount of purple bullets he could at a maximum speed, almost all of his mana was used in this attack
"I'm weak! I'm nowhere near you beasts but all I can do is try! All I can hope is to slightly help because that's what I have been doing all my life! Trying to make a change! After all is hard to catch up to such a strong older sister!" Gnomon said as he was hovering around the huge dust cloud that was made from his attack
"Be careful Gnomon!" Caroline screamed as he saw Lucifer emerging from the dust cloud
"Got you!" Lucifer said with a smile
His smile was quickly wiped off his face after he saw Gnomon's eyes, his eyes resembled an old-fashioned clock
'So he can use many speed circles? That is problematic!' Lucifer said as he prepared for the impact
Gnomon easily dodged the surprise attack and punched Lucifer in the face making him crash to the ground, Gnomon then started going berserk on Lucifer, he used this enhanced movement to punch Lucifer with a speed he couldn't fight back, as soon as Lucifer was able to recover from an attack another one was quick to follow
"If you continue like that you will run out of mana!" Caroline said as she started running toward the two of them
"Still! I have to fight! If I back down now I will never be able to recover!" Gnomon said with D E T E R M I N A T I O N
Sadly for them, Caroline was right, as soon as Gnomon's mana fell under a certain point Lucifer fought back with a powerful punch that penetrated Gnomon's skin and pierced through him
"No..." Caroline mumbled as he saw Lucifer's hand exiting from Gnomon's back
She then placed her hands together and yelled
"Specialized Mana zone: Dreamer"
Lucifer and Caroline were transported to a world where everything was pink and cute, bunnies, ponies, and butterflies surrounded the area with plushies and bubbles
"It wasn't so clever to use a SMZ at this time Caroline!" Lucifer said as he laughed
Suddenly Caroline rushed him down with flames in her hands, Lucifer was able to punch Caroline, but to his surprise, the Caroline he punched became bubbles that surrounded his head making him unable to breathe
Lucifer desperately tried to pop the bubbles and as soon as he did that Caroline hit him with an upper-cut
While Lucifer was in the air he started floating like he was deep inside the ocean
'What's going on with this SMZ? Is it an illusion-based zone?' Lucifer thought as he tried to catch his breath
Suddenly chains started wrapping around him making a big sphere of chains with Lucifer on the inside, Caroline then grabbed this sphere and electrocuted it with such intensity that the chains broke after some seconds
Caroline then grabbed Lucifer and threw him back into this pink utopia
Down there Lucifer was able to breathe again but he felt weak, so in a desperate attempt to get away from Caroline he once again spawned the slot machine and rolled
0- Fool
"God damn, I'm lucky!" Lucifer said
Suddenly the SMZ broke and both he and Caroline returned to Eden's garden
"Lucifer Gestalt will now be invulnerable, and so will his foes!" Lucifer said before he sat down
As soon as he said that Gnomon's hole in the stomach closed
"Coward!" Caroline said with great rage
"I'm not stupid to fight THE Caroline inside her SMZ after what she did to me even though I had this much power!" Lucifer said with a smile as he breathed heavily
"Liar you could win at any moment..." Caroline exclaimed as blood started running down her mouth
The exhaustion of using so many powers back to back hit Caroline but she didn't have time to worry about that
This display of power left Caroline wondering what was going on with the others and if they would make it...
