Chapter 15 - 15.

*Andrè*

What was that?

I was only trying to be nice and care for her.

"Well... That didn't seem to go well, seeing she left less than a minute after I left."

"What were you expecting? That she will greet me with a kiss?"

"Not that but I expected more. Of you, most especially."

"..."

"It's only understandable that she treats you like that."

"Are you nagging me now?"

"I'm telling you the truth. You treated her the same way too. I told you back then didn't I?"

"I didn't treat her like that. She has money and everything she wanted." I defend myself weakly

"Shame on you to think that's all what women want because your 'Anna' wants that." He emphasizes on the Anna with his fingers doing the aprostrophe sign.

I sigh and don't banter with him. Leave Aaron and he will nag me all night.

I stop a passing waitress and pick a glass of wine and drink it all at once.

*Carlin*

Gosh.

I lost my job and Dad lost his on the same day. If not for that damn Akeelah.

How the fuck did she even survive it all? It was a master plan.

Fuck.

My glass of water fall to the ground and break.

Yes.

I'll break her just like that.

My Dad comes out of his room and sees the glass on the floor.

"Are you alright darling?"

"Yes Dad. Just a bit stressed."

My Dad looks at me for a second and smiles mischievously.

"I have our revenge all planned out and it will be happening tonight at her fancy dinner."

"What Dad..." I whine in excitement

"By tomorrow, you will be able to go back to work like nothing happened and my shares will return back to me."

"That's so cool Dad."

Excitedly, sleep comes easy after that.

Akeelah will be ended tonight and her fancy dinner will turn into her funeral reception.

*Unknown Assassin*

"I'll do it now." I answer into the phone and drop the call

Thank Goodness, it's been a while I've been ordered to hit a woman.

This should be fun.

At the entrance of the mansion, there's no serious security so it's easy to bypass that one but to enter into the dinner venue with those burly guards.

But there, on the floor, lay a stray invitation card. I won't have to stress myself out after all.

I head to the men and they let me in after seeing my invite.

I look around and my target is quite easy to spot.

I pop out a capsule from my pocket and head to her.

The capsule is full of flammable liquid that spread as far the fire goes.

Right behind her, I drop the capsule on her gown and use my lighter immediately.

Being a professional hitman makes this work seem so easy.

All is done in less than three seconds.

It will take another three for anybody to notice and by then, she will not escape being burnt.

Too easy.

I adjust my cap and leave through the dark side of the garden.

Should have stayed for a glass of wine at least.

Not very far away, I hear screams of terror.

Probably her burning up.
