Yarin's POV:
Time passed slowly, and soon, February arrived.
It was now late winter, and the weather was no longer as cold, with the snow beginning to melt. Cynthia loved looking beautiful and had already ordered many spring outfits. Lady Charlies dressed her up like a doll, and they were perfectly in sync when it came to fashion.
Heller and I were about to start school at Sivir Academy, where middle school students were required to wear uniforms.
However, this didn't diminish Lady Charlies's enthusiasm for making clothes even the tiniest bit. Heller and I were like mannequins for a whole week, allowing tailors to measure and describe everything to us, drowning us in the intricate world of fabrics, colors, accessories, and more. I realized how much of a country bumpkin I had been before.
Mom wasn't keen on dressing us up—Cynthia excluded—so this was quite a novel experience for us.
Finally, the first day of school arrived.
