Yarin's POV:
When I was young, I heard the story of Thumbelina. I was curious about how such a small person lived in this world. Now, I finally understood the bitterness of a fairytale character.
Even the caterpillars crawled faster than me. A corridor of more than ten meters was like a marathon to me.
I had to constantly absorb the dead things around me to satisfy my energy consumption, so the floor and carpet I crawled on were always full of holes and rough. Fortunately, the surroundings were a complete mess, so this bit of chaos was not eye-catching at all.
I tried my best not to look at those 'details' and pretended not to understand their true meaning. Too much anger wasn't good for my current situation. I had to become indifferent to get what I wanted temporarily.
