The long night is over. As the light of the full moon faded, Zeryon's appearance changed from that of a demon to a from of his normal looks.
"You should get some rest. Two hours of sleep is still insufficient," Zeryon stated.
"Says you. You, too, take a break. Look at how messed up you are."
Zion nodded slowly. "I know."
Gina returned to her room after allowing Zeryon to rest. She found Modesty was still sleeping like a baby.
Gina walked to the window and opened it. The sun shone brightly in the morning. Gina took a deep breath as she faced the window. The fresh morning air filled her lungs and soothed her feelings.
Gina heard a voice, then she turned around.
"Good morning, Modesty. Are you awake?" Gina greeted as she noticed her sister curled up to the left and right.
"Morning, Gina," she replied in a gargling voice.
"How are you today?" Gina asked as she walked over to the bed.
"I feel so much better."
