"Julian, wait up" Ares uttered as he caught up to him. Julian took a deep breath as he halted in his steps before turning back to Ares.
"I really want to be alone right now, Ares," Julian muttered and Ares nodded .
"I know and I understand that but anytime I'm going through a rough time, you're always there for me so I think I should do the same, don't you think so?" Julian sighed.
"Look Ares, I'm not in the right frame of mind right now. I need to have Anna's body buried so can we have this talk later?" Ares frowned. It felt like seeing Julian this broken was wrong, so wrong.
He was always the one that was calm and collected but now, he just looked so broken and Ares blamed himself heavily for that.
"I'm sorry about Anna, she didn't deserve to die that way" Julian nodded.
