Detective Glene drove into a motel on Thursday morning at exactly 10 am. He parked his car in the small parking lot where two trucks were parked and he got down. He looked around, the place was quiet apart from the small noises coming from some of the motel rooms. He picked up his bag from the car, locked the doors, and walked into the reception room.
"Hello," He said and shook hands with a scrawny teenage boy.
"Good morning sir, what can I do for you?" The boy asked and smiled.
"I need a room, how much is the stay here per night?" Detective Glene asked
"$80 sir," He responded. Detective Glene took out his wallet and brought out four $100 bill notes.
"I was expecting something like $50 per night for this place," Detective Glene said and eyed him.
'I'm not overcharging you, sir. We provide quality services here, " The boy said and smiled awkwardly.
