On their way to the hotel, Samara stopped at a taco truck and ordered some. She asked if Caitlyn wanted some but she declined politely. On their way back to the hotel, Caitlyn decided to ask her some questions about Lestat, his family's estate, and even Samara herself.
"When did you start working with Lestat?" Caitlyn asked and watched her.
"I serve the Amun family," Samara replied and Caitlyn was fascinated by the term she used, "serve" and also claimed it was the Amun family she served and not only Lestat.
"When did you start serving them?" Caitlyn asked again, she looked at Samara to see if she reacted somehow but her face was neutral and she was focused on the road while eating her taco.
