The door to Caitlyn's office opened suddenly and that startled Caitlyn. She jerked on her seat and stared at Carter, she sighed and looked away. Carter closed the door and entered the office.
"Cate, I'm aware that you've been ignoring me," Carter said and sat on a chair that was in front of the desk, Caitlyn was sitting on the chair behind the desk.
"No, that's not it," Caitlyn began to talk but Carter interrupted her.
"What's not it? Then what exactly is the problem?" Carter said and folded his right palm into a fist. He was staring at Caitlyn and it was obvious that he was upset.
"Carter, I'm married," Caitlyn began to talk again and Carter sighed.
