"I don't trust either of you" Harin's words were clear as they ran through the strategic room where they all sat surrounded by a 3d map along with other noblemen and officials that Audra doubted even Marcello and Nicole knew. Though one thing she had noticed was that whatever bad blood was between Nicole and Marcello the two didn't let it show in front of those officials. The two looked inseparable. In reality they were ready to tear each other apart every other second. Maybe it was the effect of returning back home.
"We don't trust you either," Marcello commented.
"For all we know you could be plotting to take the position of the king" Nicole's movements were lazy as he remained spread around the couch, authority ringing in his voice.
