Audra's scream caught Nicole's attention who stood beside her. It didn't even take a second for him to register the man at the other end of Audra's shield. Audra breathed hard trying to fight against the fire attacking her shield. With a snap of a finger, Nicole was on the other side of the shield. He pulled away the man from the back of his neck. The man kept his firm struggling under Nicole's strength. But he underestimated Nicole's strength. Nicole pulled him away, thrashing him on the floor. His eyes glowed brighter with anger. The man fell to the ground on his back. Nicole pulled out the arrow disrupting Audra's shield and walked over to that man. He tried to crawl awkward, seeing the monster he had awakened in Nicole's eyes. Nicole stomped on his foot stopping the man as he towered above him. Nicole raised the man's arrow and stabbed the man right above his heart.
"You shouldn't have tried to hurt her" he gritted out and saw the life leave out of man's eyes.
