Chapter 37 - Ambush

Audra waited for her eyes to adjust to the water until the view cleared in front of her surprisingly. She could see the blue of the water under the sunlight and few small fishes swimming around. Audra started for the next step; she let herself breathe in the water. Last time it had happened she could breathe she hoped this time as well. And it worked. She tried her best to not think of the dream she had where she was drowning. She wasn't sure what would happen once she got the amulet but she had to get there first. She clearly remembered the instructions given to her. She had to swim in the direction of the top of the hill until she found the waterfall and right beneath it was the gate where three dragons' statues stood guarding the gate to the dungeons. Audra began swimming with all her might. She had never learnt swimming but once again amused by it all her body adjusted well to the water helping her swim towards her destination.
