Getting trained by Carla was one of the hardest things Beth did in her entire life. Sometimes, she felt it was a mistake, agreeing to such insanity. Most times, she came home with bruises that couldn't be explained and constant body pains. She knew nothing about magic and she didn't have so much time. She guessed Carla agreed to this and that was why Carla pushed her so hard. She had once displayed some sort of magic before, when she was a kid. She remembered it so well because it was the first and only time she ever did something like that.
