My breathing ceased but at the same time, I emitted a sharp exhale, my heart pulsing in my chest and the mark on my left breast matched the same rhythm with my heart. My neck was aching from the prolonged stare we shared but I didn't wanna look away, he just remained there and so did I, not an ounce of space between us, and yet our bodies didn't touch, just there in yet another staring contest. I wanted him to touch my skin even if it was just holding or anything, I have just been desperate ever since I saw him.
I felt like my chest might explode from all the need that was littering off me, this was different, far different than whenever I was in the same room with him, like the burning flame was ignited in a thousand waves, it was super strong, it was… my chest rose and fell heavily, getting harder to control.
