I groan and turn my head to the other side of the bed. I mistakenly opened my eyes, meeting a male shadow posing in front of my window. I couldn't discern who he was or how he entered my window. I jumped out of the bed and switched on my table lamp and saw his face.
I almost fell on the floor as my gaze landed on him. My heart started racing when he started coming close to me. How did he come in? I looked behind him and saw my window open and I know I closed it before going to bed.
"Wh-What are you- doing here?" I drew back from him. My heart slammed behind my chest I could hear the sound. *You broke in through my window?"
A smile plastered on his face which I find irritating. "I thought you left the window open for me." I drew back as he continued to take slow steps toward me.
"Why would I leave my window open for a psycho like you?" My heart thundered. "If you don't leave this minute, I will scream!"
