I momentarily go numb at her words. I know for a fact she was teasing but they made my body go stiff, I glance at her and there was a smile plastered on her face. For some minutes I was drawn by her smile, it made me want to smile as well but I couldn't bring myself to do that. I wasn't destined to be happy from the start, my fate is messed up. She's the first feisty woman I have ever come across and she never bothered what flies out of her mouth.
"I'm not a fraud," I said absently, my eyes returned to the windshield. Staring at the beautiful night pass by. "I dislike talking about me."
"I don't know why you hate that, why you are so uptight or withdrawn but you don't have to go haywire each time that question is thrown at you. People are still gonna ask that no matter how much you avoid it."
