"You got stabbed. By whoever was tailing us." She said, channelling her eyes at my wound.
I was speechless. Gaunt. How did it happen? I never left the car to fight whoever was following us, another sharp surge through when she traced her fingers around my wound. I can't tell if she was trying to soothe the pain or increase it but at the same time, it was appealing. It was a bittersweet feeling.
I let out a strained groan as she increased the pressure of her hand against my stomach. Against my wound. Each minute I glanced down to the left side of my stomach, I shudder, the cut was so deep I could see the fat and muscle.
