Nino
Listening to him talking about his family was kind of exhilarating. I mean it felt so nice because he always avoided that topic whenever it was asked. My eyes lingered on the man who seemed lost in space. I wanted to reach out and comfort him but I restrained. I may not know what happened in his childhood but right now, he looks like a child deprived of his favourite toys. A child who just lost his puppy.
"That wasn't why I left though," he spoke up and threw me a faint smile. "Listening to whatever you said that adult did to that girl got me upset. It got me so upset I wanna punch whoever that adult is." He demonstrated with his fist which got me laughing.
"What?" He furrows his brows at me. "What's funny?"
"Your expression, it's funny." I laughed. "I mean I have seen you so worked up but not this much. You don't even know the little girl but you wanna deal with the person who did that to her."
