Where is the brother?
There were no traffic officers around Ophelia's House and it gave him room to go a little past the speed limit although he suspected that the CCTVs around would probably catch him but he could later sort that out. Thank God for Ophelia acting quickly earlier on, else he doubts he would be on the road by now. He would probably still be pacing around and be panicked about what next to do.
