The System C and P had tried to recruit Daniel along with Micheal years back but he had strongly turned down their offer and instead remained in the police force. They hired Micheal because he was tenacious, confident and to top it all, he was blessed with a system that would be of great use to them. Not that they couldn't kill the man, take his system and place it in a body they would like. But if words were to get out that such a thing was possible, it would certainly lead to a national criss.
Micheal picked the file off the table and carefully went through it. There wasn't much information to digest except that Otis system had been dormant a year before his death and none of the elders here had managed to say a thing about it.
