On his way to the accident scene, he begins to wonder what Owen was doing driving so early in the morning. When most people would be in bed sleeping and recharging for the next day. He brings out his note pad and quickly writes the question into it.
"I can't go farther than this. It seem the road has been blocked."
He raised his head and could see the barricade. He then alights from the car and pays the taxi man muttering a soft thank you. He walked towards the barricade and lowered his body so he could pass underneath. When a policeman saw him, she immediately recognised him and walks towards the man.
"Detective Klo…" she gives him a small bow of her head.
