Third Person's POV:
Rafael proceeded to assemble everyone and began addressing everyone, explaining them the important things. Rafael was used to always managing the issue with his words and authority; he never envisioned himself needing to go to such lengths to obtain something.
It would be the first time his soldiers and he fought in a "war," if such a thing could be called that.
Nonetheless, he believed that he would have the upper hand in everything. He urged his soldiers to be attentive at all times and never be distracted on the battlefield; instead, if they have a chance when their opponents are preoccupied, they should take advantage of it.
He also made it a point to educate them that they should always aim for their opponents' necks and snap it out.
