The last block was indeed still a long way off. It took us almost two minutes to reach it at our insane speed.
As you would have guessed by now, the reason why we could see it so clearly from so far away was simply because it was stupidly massive.
Three hundred meters tall, and almost half its height in fat width.
It was a monster, and it took the shape of one.
"A Godzilla??" I was very, very impressed by its form even as I stared at it across the entire chamber. It was every bit the Godzilla I remember reading about when I was much younger, and more. Much, much more.
Rough, jet black scales covered its body with diamond shaped fins sticking out in two parallel lines down its back. A pair of extra large arms differentiated it from the standard T-Rex, as did its pair of wickedly curved horns.
