How could I be so ignorant?
How could I sleep there when I decided to go there just to check on her? How? Why?
Because of my stupidity, she shouted at me. She was looking so damn scary when stood against me.
Though I secretly liked that she came out of her crushed self, that didn't make it any less that she raised her voice against me.
And what for? She expected a thank you from me. Ridiculous.
When I helped her in her starting days here she never said that word to me. But now she's expecting me to say that.
The world is so unfair.
The night started to fall by the time I left the lighthouse building using the front door. In my idiocy, I spent the entire night here. Now I had to get back to the palace before anybody noticed my absence.
Moreover, I spend all the time sleeping carelessly forgetting the task I had in my hand. I got no clue about what Elijah was planning to do. And 12 hours slipped like sand.
