And just like that, she said that. Not feeling any restraints for even getting that thought in her mind. While each time I thought of going the same I felt a weird ache in my heart which I knew was not that but still it didn't make it any better.
"And what's that?" I stared at her face, wearing a cold face as asked in a bored voice.
If she could turn off the effect of the bond, so do I. I might not know the trick but I tried my best and it seemed to work.
She sucked in a shaky breath before answering my question. "If both of us reject each other. It might hurt at first you will feel a void in your heart or worse for a few days but eventually, you will get used to that and if you survive that stage you can live as you want without having to worry about me."
