I felt chest tightness so I no longer followed what Zoren was saying. I was distracted by this bad feeling.
"Are you okay?" He asked worriedly.
"Uh, yup." My lips trembled. "I'm in the comfort room first. Is it okay?"
"Yeah, sure. Do you want to go with me?"
"Not anymore. I'll be right back, too."
Before standing up, I looked again at Rage's table. I frowned when I saw he was no longer there. The woman he was talking to was also gone. Are they together? Where did they go?
Maybe somewhere private.
At the thought the chisel went down my throat. I clenched my fist and stood up. I didn't even look around and walked straight to the comfort room.
I put my purse on the sink as I let out a heavy sigh. I took a few deep breaths to calm myself.
