Chapter 24 - Not a chapter

Hello, the next chapter will be delayed a little. While I am writing it, I am paying attention to the comments. So far, I've been getting a lot of praise on chapter 3 but not too much on the later chapters. If I am not living up to my earlier writing for one reason or another, I would appreciate reader input.
