Chapter 85 - Panopticon

It was out of nowhere, without any feeling of change nor difference.

I couldn't even blink at that time because of the massive revelation that I needed to digest.

Slowly, I instinctively move backwards, away from the reflection. With no conscience of my surroundings, one of the laying debris from the broken table knocked me to the floor. Or, it was I that was going to the laying piece of wood direction and fell. Regardless, I couldn't really process what I'm doing nor what was happening at the moment.

My gaze was upon the ceiling and the lightbulb. After my brain cooled down for a little bit, I closed my eyes, taking a deep breath to clear out the unnecessary shock that I got from the glimpse of reflection that I witnessed.

"Too many, there are too many things that need to be taken."

My thumb and index pincered my nose, as if it was trying to reduce the stress and headache that was throbbing inside my cranium. Albeit, it was much to no avail.
