Those two districts entrusted the majority of their land and technology into producing and providing all sources of food and drink sources. From things like wheat, wine, fruits, vegetables, and all kinds of meat. The variety of food ingredients that they exported as products were almost endless and they even kept developing and producing more things as time went on.
District 20 and District 18 were just some of them. Many Districts had their own source of providers and many companies used some of their land to create their own premium products to be sold either illegally or marketable.
