Today wasn't like any other day and I have these instincts, this uncomfortable feelings and it seems it follows me around.
It's been one week since I started my training here with little or much improvement.
I sit at the Grand piano my mind wandering away in deep thoughts. I haven't seen or heard from Hoseok, also Jimin. Why was it so? They promise to help clear my difficulties if there is any, but I haven't heard from them till now, not even Hoseok who we agreed to work at his office to pay for my ruins. I scoffed as I thought about all this. Remembering our small encounter and how I ended up here.
I don't know what it is about him that makes him so different, it was as if I'm under his spell even though he is not here, I keep thinking about him each chance I get.
I take a deep breath trailing my finger along the key until I was called to train on my pitch.
The guy I saw on my first day here was present and this time he has golden hair, was dressed in ripped jeans, and all his hands were adorned with golden bracelets. He always gives out these superstar vibes coupled with his chilly aura.
The way he always bears himself fearless when talking makes me wonder if I have met him somewhere not here but my brain was too slow to process it.
I already got a bad feeling about him, not because he did any wrong to me but because sometimes his actions and talks were daring.
I was instructed to test my pitch since I try hitting a high note of the first song I did when I started ( EPIPHANY BY JIN OF BTS).
There was a line that requires a high pitch. I want to master but I end up messing it up so today master told me to take time to train on it.
"Saranghago Sipeo in this World."
"Bichnaneun nareul sojunghan nae yeonghoneul".
"Ijeya kkaedara so I love me, jom bukokhaedo neum areumdaun geol".
"I'm the one I should love".
I was screaming my lungs out to get a perfect melodious voice and the right pitch when I heard the clicking sounds of footsteps as it was near me and before I could process who it was, I was face to the stranger.
He didn't utter a word and he stand a few miles away from me as if he was sent on a mission to throw me out of there if I misbehave.
I looked down quickly and rubbed my hands nervously I wanted to look up but I was a bit scared after what felt like a minute, I muster the courage to carry out what I was doing.
Waving his cool gaze that was focused on me behind.
Immediately after I start my second pitch I was jolted back with what seemed like a yell and it look like someone is already irritated by how my voice sounded.
"Hey!!! hey !!! can you please lower your voice when hitting your high notes"...and I lost it.
My heart boiled towards his words, trapping my lower lips, I inhale sharply turning to him with that gaze.
"Mr, it is called high note for a reason, the fuck should I lower my voice, how am I to attain such a high pitch if I lower my voice and besides why should I lower my voice when I should train it" I blurted out.
"Because you sound like a mosquito with autotune" came his reply.
"Mos... Quito what?...wait..what autotune...who...yeahhhhh"I scream at him and he chortles bashfully at me.
"You see... Now you are whinging like you swallow autotunes" he replied with a smirk playing at the corner of his lips.
"Yeahhhhh...how can you be mean with your words" I grit my teeth.
He tilts his head by the side with hands akimbo, nodding as if he acknowledges my words.
"Listen singing is...
"Not you trying to advise me after killing me a hundred times"...I blurt out without minding listening to his statement.,"
My brain tried to process what he just said with my strictest glare not until his deep and rough voice like the crunch of shoes over gravel throw me off the cliff.
"You are saying this because I did not tell you your voice sucks".
I know he is taunting me with his words but his last statement throws me off the window.
As if drenched by rain, I sluggishly drop the mic picking up my bags because right now the strength to carry on is not here again.
It takes a couple of moments for me to get over his words, my mouth hung slack at his unexpectedly brutal statement.
"Don't let that get to you, okay, we can fix this" he smirks
Hoseok and Becky have nothing on this guy when it comes to being savage and intimidating.
'All you have to do is..."
"Get lost" I yelled at him picking up my bag and dashing out of the studio.
YOONGI
Yoongi a keyboardist and basketball player always trains out at the studio each time he has no tournament.
And today was one of those days as he visit as usual.
I have seen Bella countless times trying to master her pitch it is kinda fun to watch her after numerous talks my ears have heard about her from her two friends who make Bella the center of our discussion anytime we are relaxing.
Seeing her here makes I wanna tease her to see her reaction as we already named her the"Alien Angel"
She is just that innocent girl that displays a bossy attitude judging from the way I have seen her interaction with her peeps.
She is the type who knows when to draw the line and also expects much from people.
And she put strength in whatever she is doing but her social lifestyle here sucks from the way the guys talk about her. Maybe she is the type that gets loud immediately they become free with people or she is naturally introverted to begin with.
Today I feel like getting on her nerves but it seems I went too far hurting her feelings. I should have complimented her instead of bad-mouthing her work. I feel bad watching how she grabbed her bag running out of the room.
I need to apologize before things got out of hand.
Sluggishly I packed away my thing standing up, swinging my bag onto my shoulder. I set out to look for Bella.
