As Lan Yue was having a deep thought about the water and martial arts combination moves for his martial arts level growth, he tried to remember about all the form water which nature is providing us.
Then he remembered the water forms like rain which the most purest form of water, river water, lake water, waterfall, water coming to our home, the sea water, and all other water forms.
Then he started think about the nature and behaviour of all these water bodies and forms present in nature.
All the natural elements have mostly two types of behaviour in them one being kind, caring and harmonious while the second one being ferocious and violent which when found can destroy anything. So in a sense we can say that these natural elements were both life giving and at the same time is also capable of destroying.
Thinking about these two forms Lan Yue decided that he wanted to adapt the kind , caring and harmonious form of natural elements rather than the destroying form.
The reason for this choice was simple it the the basic root of his life. His father and mother has always given him the lesson about the importance of life of every single person, animal, tree, etc. Due to this teaching he has a more protective view and nature for everyone he has known.
His father has always told him to use his martial arts for protection and not for taking lives and be respectful to everyone. So he decided to to choose the kinder form of natural element.
[Author's Note : This decision which I think I have decided to put here is also applicable to to the other elements which Lan Yue is going to be using. If there is something you all feel is not good then just let me know by giving comments.]
As he was thinking about it Lan Xiang came down from his room fully prepared to give training to the kids and when he joined his wife and son on the couch, a knock is heard on the on the door and Lan Yue watched at the wall clock in the living room and the time was exactly 4 30 pm.
So he knew that his friends have arrived at the door for the training session. Then he looked at his father and said, "Father I guess everyone is here. Let's go for the training."
Lan Xiang looked at his son after hearing his words and told him, "Okay son let's go. It is time make your friends more active and prepared for the competition."
Then both the father and son said bye to Zhen Lu and head towards the door and when they opened the door, as Lan Yue had guessed all his friends have arrived including A'Xin.
They all looked at the opening of the door and found and Lan Yue and Lan Xiang have came out of the house. They all looked at the direction of the father and son and greeted Lan Xiang with a smile on their face.
Lan Xiang also greeted them with a smile and just looking at the smile they got chill running in through their spines. The reason of it is in front of them i.s Lan Xiang. Yes they knew how strict trainer Lan Xiang is.
Then they all looked at the father and son and then Lan Xiang told them that "the training will begin from now."
Hearing him they seemed quite confused about it. As Lan Yue have not told them about anything like this. Then Lan Xiang told them that they will have run from his home to the mountains through the forest
Hearing about just the running and trek that followed it made their souls to leave their body and one can say it by seeing their expressions.
After he told them these words they all were quite dazed and then again they heard his voice who called them to get ready to run.
After that Lan Xiang and his Lan Yue took their position and started to run and watching these two run they all had no other options available.
So they also started to run behind them. While running they crossed they many of village places like village market, village welfare center, their school, etc.
Then with the lead of Lan Xiang and Lan Yue they all reached at the forest and just this 5 kilometres run have exhausted them excluding Lan Xiang and his son Lan Yue.
Then Lan Xiang looked at them and told to get ready as they will begin the trekking right away. Hearing it they all sighed really very deeply and some tried to act like they have fainted.
But in front of Lan Xiang they could not do anything and again following the father and son they started to move forward within the forest.
Then after walking and running in the forest they reached at the foot of the mountain. Then Lan Xiang looked up at the mountain and said that the 6th resting platform which was built on the mountain is their destination and they have reach there.
Again they all give the dead expression and tried to resist Lan Xiang for some moment as they wanted to take some rest. So Lan Xiang told them that since it it their first day of training he will give them some time to relax. Hearing it they all were happy except Lan Yue who knew his father must have some plan in his mind.
After that Lan Xiang told them that he will give them only ten seconds to rest and then they will begin their trek. After hearing this offer they all went crazy as they felt that they at least they all needed thirty minutes of rest. So they all said it, but Lan Xiang being the strict trainer did not listened to them and looked at his watch and said that I will start counting and but when I say ten your rest is over.
Then he started to count from one but before hex could begin the counting they all looked at Lan Yue for his help but had given them the look which clear told them, "I am sorry but I will not help you. It is your training and you have to endure it." Then they all laid on the ground and like this Lan Xiang started to count from one to ten.
After saying ten he told them, "Wake up everyone we have a mountain to trek." Then they all looked quite pitiful but one can help them since it is Lan Xiangs' training.
And like this they started their training with Lan Yue under his father Lan Xiang. And they also started the trek of the mountain.
