Woke up at 2:00 am,someone was knocking at my door but I couldn't tell who it was.Lights were out so slowly I reached for my torch clumsily,my eyes still sleepy I staggered towards my bedroom door and headed for the main door.The knocking turned into banging,I called out "who is it? there was no reply and it was dark which sent shivers down my spine. A man screamed from the neighborhood house next door,this made me desert the main door and race back to my bedroom where I hid my shortgun, Hailey was up too sitting in bed pale face and I knew she noticed something was wrong.Suddenly there was a loud thud on the rooftop and a growling sound one like that of a creature not human not an animal but we couldn't figure out what it was then a big bang on the main door downstairs that sent it open.Hailey sprung out of bed in panic, I gripped tightly the shortgun I had in arms
