After 4 hours. The surroundings are quiet but you can still hear gunfire in the distance. The girls are sleeping. Daniel was still awake and peeked through the curtained glass window. He saw some infected people walking on the street and they seemed wild.
"What in the world is happening? Why did this happen?" asked Daniel.
"Don't you watch television, kid?" said Jeric. Daniel looked at him.
"What I know is that everyone who has been bitten by them dies and regrets to be like them. What's more difficult is that they don't just die and don't feel any pain. The only way to kill them is to blow their heads off." Jeric explained.
"It's just like a movie. The dead live and eat the living." Daniel answered.
"You know what; just get some rest, kid. You need strength for tomorrow." Jeric said.
