Kate's POV
I am now at the mall, sitting inside a restaurant while waiting for Anna to arrive. We just agreed to meet at a restaurant so she wouldn't need come to my apartment. While I was waiting for her, I still couldn't get out of my mind about what Clyde and Larry were talking about. I bit my lip as I wondered how I was going to find out the truth. When someone suddenly grabbed my shoulder, I was surprised so I turned my back and saw Anna.
"Why are you surprised?" Anna asked.
"Sorry, something is just bothering my mind," Kate apologized.
"Hmm...What's bothering you? Don't tell me you and Clyde had a fight?"
"We didn't fight, but I feel like Clyde is hiding something from me."
"Hiding? Why? Is he cheating on you?"
"No, he doesn't have another woman. But...he's been acting strangely lately."
"Behaving strangely? Like what?"
"That's the problem; I don't know what it is..."
