The two were still staring at each other before Rune spoke, "What brings you here my lord, I hadn't expected to meet you here and in disguise."
Yug sighed, refusing to back down, "As the one responsible for the northern region, it is my responsibility to look after my people."
Rune spoke, "looks like you paid too much attention to your people and neglected your own son."
If looks could kill, then Rune would have been dead by now, Simon looked back and forth between them before Yug sighed, "Let's go Simon."
"No father, stop." Simon said in his childish voice, and Yug listened as he looked at him, "What now?"
Simon gave him a small smile, "Father, can this man come with us, please?"
Yug kept on looking at his son, most people would look down or cower in fear when Yug stared at them with his cold gaze and in the past, Simon would do the same but not anymore, "Pwease father."
"No." Yug said as he looked at Rune, "He is just a trouble, a headache, nothing else,"
"But father, he saved me, please, please please can we take him with us please?"
"Simon," Yug said, "you are getting very stubborn nowadays."
Simion pouted, "Father... I am sick and what if I die aren't you going to fulfill my last wish?"
"Don't talk nonsense Simon or else I am going to slap you really hard, even if you are sick." he is just bluffing, in reality, Yug can never lay a hand on his son, he just loves way too much to ever hurt him.
"Father, please, I am not going anywhere till he comes with us," Simon said and Yug sighed while Rune scoffed.
Yug looked at him, "What's so funny?"
Rune smirked, "Nothing, Duke. I am just saying that this is what happens when you spoil your child way too much."

The two glared at each other before Simon said to Rune, "Mister, can you come with us please?"
Simon asked with hopeful eyes and almost pleading. however Rune looked at him with a straight face, "No."
Simon's face fell, "Why?" he asked in a timid voice and Rune replied, "Because I don't like brats."
Yug saw how his son's face fell and so he glared at Rune, "Hey you, how dare you say no to my son, no one has the right to say no to him and he gets what he wants if he says he wants you to come then you will come."
"Father, I love you," Simon said and hugged his father, but he sighed internally, no wonder why he was so spoiled in his last life, Yug really does not know when to stop giving him whatever he wants.
Rune rolled his eyes, this man has really spoiled his son way too much, and when Simon looked at him with a smile Rune felt really annoyed at this little brat, he gets whatever he wants and then he starts acting spoiled.
Don't get him wrong. Rune has no problems with kids, but he hates spoiled brats the most.

Before Yug could speak anymore, Simon spoke," please mister, come with us, or is that you hate me?"
Rune looked at Simon and said, "Yes."
Simon posted and almost made a crying face and Yug was going to explode with anger but before anyone could say anything Simon started violently coughing and this time once again there were patches of blood on his hands.
Yug's heart clenched, and Damian wiped Simon's face while Rune's eyes widened.
He quickly moved forward and asked, "What's wrong with him?"
Simon smiled and said, "I am going to die."
He said and Rune looked at him with a somewhat shocked expression while Yug glared at him, "Shut up Simon, don't talk nonsense."
Simon smiled internally. of course, this is nonsense he didn't get reborn just to die so easily.
"What's wrong with him?"
Rune asked Yug, who shook his head, "We don't know the doctor was not able to find any problems with his body."
Rune then looked at Simon and his pale face, "Is there something wrong with his internal energies? shouldn't you take him to the temple?"
Simon replied, "We are going to the temple."
Rune frowned, "This was is not to the temple."
Simon smiled and signaled him to come closer and that's what Rune did and Simon whispered, "We are going to the temple of nirvana."
Rune looked at Yug with more confusion, "Duke, why are you playing with your son's health? I understand you have some complaints with the temple, but is it worth putting your ego before your son's health?"
Rune spoke firmly and almost yelled at Yug's stupidity. And it was for obvious reasons, because the temple of nirvana is nothing more than a ruin.

Yug backed off, and Simon sighed. Oh boy, looks like he messed up.
"Mister, please come with us, temple of nirvana is not as bad as it seems."
"You shut up brat," Rune said to him, but his voice fell flat. He couldn't be hard on a supposedly dying child.
If only Rune knew why Yug can't take his son to the temple.
Taking Simon to the temple is living handing over Simon to death, he already called the best doctors to look at his son, but even if they couldn't do anything, then the temple of Nirvana was his last choice.
"Let's go, Simon," Yug said, he cannot tell Rune anything he cannot tell anyone anything, not even his own son.

Lack of communication is a lack of trust and this happened with Simon as well, Yug never expressed himself in his last life and was never really vocal about his thoughts all this led Simon to think that Yug was evil and he was keeping him away from his mother, in this life Simon cannot let this happen.
