Making a slow descent, Ezra released the frozen Kraken from his grip, letting it lay on the floor.
Without looking behind, he could feel people approaching, so he quickly dried himself and put his shirt back on.

"What is that?"
Upon seeing the frozen Kraken, the entourage all burst into exclamations, before one of them noticed Ezra.
"Ezra?!"
Everyone's gaze turned to him immediately and subsequently their eyes lit up, joy written across their face as they rushed towards him, covering him in a cascade of hugs and laughter.
It took a minute for them to settle down.
His mother in particular couldn't resist pinching his cheeks as she scolded him for being gone for so long without a word.
After which, Ezra calmed them down and followed them to sit underneath the dome of mana.
