Concern filled my face as I looked at him with worry in my eyes. I didn't want him to be sad or anything after everything that had happened today, so I went and sat next to him before I said anything. "Are you alright?" I asked him with a concerned expression on my face.
He lifted his head from the plate of food that he had in front of him, as he gave me a weak smile before he nodded his head. He then sighed deeply before he let out a small laugh. "Yeah..." he said, and he let out another laugh. "It hurts though."
"I'm sorry," I said softly as I reached out to touch his bruised face gently. His whole face seemed swollen as if he had a terrible black eye, but he didn't look bad.
September sighed in response as she shook her head with a worried look in her eyes, while she had her hands on her hips. "Those guys were just fools," she said with an annoyed tone in her voice. "Fools, I tell you! They deserved that!"
