I sped over to the window, opening it and closing it, feeling the adrenaline rush through me. I needed to call them now, because whoever was only seconds away from raiding this house.
"Hans!" I wheezed, which he clearly didn't hear me. I sighed, and shouted again, "Hans!"
Still didn't listen.
Then, with all sections of my voice present, I shouted, "Hans!"
His body shifted in response to the call, which he turned around and looked at me. "What?" he asked, rubbing his eyes, confused and possibly mad. "You need something?"
"Yes, I do. People are behind this house."
"Who?"
"People!" I shouted. "I think it's possibly those guys that were chasing us." Hans stood up from his bed and scratched his head. "Are you sure you're not dreaming?" he asked. But then, footsteps rung outside the house, instantly catching Hans's attention.
