Upon hearing the polite and rhythmic knocking, Leo Ray nodded slightly as he sat down in his chair, which resembled a throne.
As the door to the Lord's Office was gently opened, the figures of Joshua Bingaman and Orion Wolfe, the two alchemists of the territory, appeared before Leo Ray.
"Greetings, Lord!"
The two women immediately saluted with their hands on their chests, their fair faces full of respect.
"No need for formality. I've been away from the territory lately, so thank you for taking care of it."
Leo Ray smiled slightly and waved for the two to be more casual.
"Lord, we say we are taking care of the territory, but most of the time, we're actually just in our room refining magic medicines."
Joshua Bingaman chuckled and gently stroked her waist-long hair, "The solid defenses of the territory are thanks to Roger Smith and Belinda Wright."
"Yes, yes, Lord, you're flattering us so much we're starting to feel a little embarrassed."
