Theresa looked unsurprised, raising her eyebrows and said, "Mr. Lane, this time you didn't even offer to pay for a meal or promise any benefits. Are you so sure I'll help?"
"Because we both have a common enemy, and the enemy will take action. That alone is enough."
Leo Ray stared at Theresa's starry eyes and smiled faintly, "I believe Your Excellency would not want to waste this opportunity to weaken the enemy's power."
"Mr. Lane, you truly are insightful."
Theresa held her chin in one hand, looking at Leo Ray with interest and asked, "So, are you sure you can beat them?"
"Unfortunately, I'm not."
Leo Ray shrugged his shoulders and said candidly, "But Your Excellency's presence will increase my chances of winning."
