Mathilda
Every day I wake up and send lengthy messages to Cahill, telling him the things that I feel during his absence. I've stopped crying and I am trying to eat for him, hoping he will return just as my mom has advised me.
When I feel the urge to cry, I just pick up my phone and type to him until my fingers are numb. Of course, the messages are still on sent because his phone is switched off, but I don't relent. Because I strongly believe he'll return.
I'm beginning to feel the children kicking in my stomach and it's true what my mom said, I'm carrying twins.
James is still managing the pack, making decisions, and sending orders about. He's diligent and considerate. He's continuing with his search for Cahill, sometimes he tags along with the men to help look for my husband.
