The Pond within the new Palace became an even more fortified and impregnable space. Its security surpassed even that of the main entrance, akin to the impenetrability of a highly guarded treasury.
The Rebel Gods responsible for constructing the new Palace may not have fully grasped the significance of the pond, but they were well aware of its importance to Gabriel. The entire Palace was purposefully designed and built to safeguard this precious body of water.
Even Janus wasn't able to teleport inside the ball. But it had less to do with the security of this place and more to do with the nature of the pond itself. He couldn't pass through the door because the pond messed with the spatial laws of the place.
Additionally, he found himself unable to open the door due to it being securely sealed and requiring a specific access that he no longer had. This entire palace was a stranger's place to him now, that treated him like a foreigner.
