Congratulations, You have found a protagonist of {A Witch's Revenge}
Protagonist: Mina Yhelle, ????
Main characters:

Side characters:

----------------------
There's another protagonist as well.
Is it Mina's future lover? If so, I might have an idea of who it is.
As for the list of things I need to do to squeeze out more goodies from Mina, I will check it later. I arrived at my classroom.
The rows of classrooms for the 2nd year are on the front block of the second level, the side of the building nearest to the gate.
The 3rd year, at the back block.
I open the door to my classroom to encounter an awkward silence. My classmates are all staring at me. News spreads fast.
I sense a presence behind me. It's Mina. I walk into the classroom and walk up the stairs, sitting on my seat in the third row, second last. The classroom is arranged in a way that a giant board is covering one side of the room with the door beside it. The layers of tables and seats are placed at different heights on the platform, the first row being directly on the ground level and the second row being about two metres above behind. The pattern continues until it reaches the fifth row at the end of the classroom. Mina walks to sit on the seat beside the window on the fifth row.
Let's see...
Hands of Divinity... a technique that can absorb mana just from the hands. It may seem inefficient at first glance, however, as it is cultivation is concentrated only at the hands, the rate at which mana is absorbed is incredibly high, unlike techniques that multitask.
I sigh. However, there's only so much cultivating using your hands can do but this technique is perfect for people who have a weak body and cannot withstand high mana circulation. This is good for my sister.
Next, Inferno. A spell that concentrates a large amount of mana and creates a huge explosion chain of fire that spirals up into the sky. Devastating magic but consuming. Also, this spell is very flashy with its power similar to "meteor strike", a spell that consumes less mana but can produce the same effect. This spell might seem quite useless to me now but I may need it in the future.
Now, the sword style. Just like its name suggests, it has seven forms. The last form is presumably its strongest. This sword style is easy to learn and great for early stages like foundation establishment. However, its simpleness creates a lot of flaws such as prediction. Experts are more likely to catch a glimpse of what the sword style is about and can adapt accordingly.
This style stays true to its name, it's a style that confuses the enemy by striking in a "star" pattern. Speed is very crucial for this style to be successful.
"Hey, Loi! What are you dreaming about? Since you are so confident then tell me, what is the weakness of an Ogre?" Says Mr Ostz.
I click my tongue. The first period is Monster Biology and Mr Ostz is the one teaching. He is picking on me and trying to make me lose face.
That bastard is wearing his big blue tunic with a plate at the breast pocket displaying all of his metals and his long dark blue breeches, acting all high and mighty.
"Oh shit, that's a hard question."
"Yeah, we've never even been taught about an Orc before. Why is Mr Ostz-"
...
"The eye. An Ogre's weakness is the eye, ice, and blunt weapons." I say.
!!
"W-What? Why?" Says Mr Ostz.
"Why? Common sense. Ogre has generally hard and enhanced skin that is formed with high electrical resistance, so lighting or sharp weapons are useless. Their strong skin is built from the nutrients they obtained when feeding on wild monsters or animals such as the kobold, where Kobold's scales are primarily made out of hydroxyapatite. Since Ogre usually lives in a hot climate, they have to build resistance to heat so fire is useless. However, because their body is so adapted to heat, cold is unusual for them, resulting in the increasing effectiveness of ice magic. The only place that is not enhanced is the eyes. Is this good enough of an explanation?" I say.
"U-uh... Tch. Yes, you may sit."
Ogres are a common category 3 monster out in the wild, I've fought with them countless times.
It's a waste of time to listen to lectures that I already know. I will use the time to prepare instead. Carl's family cannot directly harm me as long as I have the recording.
There are a few things they will most likely do at this point:
-Sabotage my father as revenge.
-Assassinate me.
-Kidnap/Kill my family.
-Steal the recording device and destroy the evidence.
-All of the above.
For now, I cannot prevent the first option, but I can prevent the rest.
There's a dimensional space called mana storage, it is linked to the soul so the chances of things stolen in it are unlikely. However, mana storage can only be created at Foundation Establishment Realm.
Then there is another problem. I can easily get to the Foundation Establishment realm but hiding my realm will be difficult. After all, I have never tried to hide my realm in the past as I have no reason to do so. The only person in this class who can advise me on that is Mina... Should I?
I can either risk it or check the library for clues.
Wait, no!
I look at the clock above the board, the time is stated in the 24-hour clock with a date/month/year directly below the time.
12/2/1821
On the 12th of February, the day my father is temporarily discharged from the Imperial Army. I can ask my father.
That's one problem down. Next is my family's safety. The barrier at our cabin only protects people within. Once they step out, they will be in danger.
Luckily, I know some protective spells.
I am not worried about my safety as my plot armour rank has increased significantly.

[Mina Yhelle]
Quest:
-Solve the mystery of the recent disappearance of children in the first section. (0/1)
-Expose the noble's corruption(0/5)
-Expose the king's corruption(0/1)
-Save Julius Linux from the Bandits. (0/1){Crucial quest, completing this may result in huge changes to the target's destiny}
------------
Julius Linux?! That's... Isn't that protagonist number 2? He is Mina's future lover. Many many times because of Julius, Mina was able to overcome her limits and become stronger.
I smile. He should be the second protagonist. My cattle number 2! I have a rough idea of how Mina save Julius in the future and I will definitely steal this "Treasure".
I close my eyes and proceed to learn the Seven stars of Swords in my mind. It's a passive way of training by reimaging the steps of the style and analysing each step. The movement of muscles and the channel of mana flow to execute the style. Analyse everything.
I continue this until lunch.
I walk to the cafeteria on the first floor. Food can be ordered through a hologram device. Afterwards, a square card will be given and a number is stated on it. When the student's meal is ready, the square card will glow and the student can go to the counter at the front to collect some food. There are several ordering devices at the side of the wall.
...
Bloody hell, the prices...
One simple steak costs about 10 gold coins.
My wallet? 98 silver coins. 100 silver coins are equivalent to 1 gold coin.
Suddenly, someone extends their hand out behind me, holding 10 gold coins.
I look back and see Mina.
??
"Uh..."
"I can help you pay." She says.
...
"Okay...?"
I take her coins and pay for my meal.
"Can I talk with you?" Says Mina.
I know it isn't that simple.
"Sure," I reply.
It should be fine as long as I don't get involved with her too much. Just a small talk, nothing more.
I take the card and took a seat. Mina orders hers and follows me, sitting directly in front of me.
"For the next yearly team competition, I want you to be in the same team as me." Says Mina.
Instead of asking me to join my team, she's asking me to join her team. So it's similar to saying that she wants me to be her subordinate.
I shake my head. "Sorry, but I will have to decline."
Mina narrows her eyes. "Is it because you doubt my abilities? I know you have a hatred against the nobles, I do too."
"I don't doubt your ability. In fact, why do you decide to invite me?"
"You are very hardworking and your work finally paid off. However, I can help you reach even higher ground. Stage 4 of sword intent, I can help you reach there. Even your cultivation, I have a way to let you break through to the 6th stage of Qi condensation." Says Mina.
Mina doesn't know I'm already at the fourth stage of sword intent and the fact that I can easily reach foundation establishment.
I shake my head and decline her. "If you are only going to talk nonsense, leave. I am only listening because you treated me to a meal."
Mina clicks her tongue. "You are a hardworking fool, getting too cocky just because of a small achievement. You will regret your decision."
I wave my hand, asking her to go away.
Mina stands up and left quickly.
I do not want to be intertwined with Mina too much. Protagonists can attract trouble wherever they go.
The yearly team competition will be held in 2 weeks. I look around. Everyone is taking the break as an opportunity to scout people for their team.
For now, I should focus on improving my cultivation base and sword intent.
---------------
It is time to return home after the last lesson of the day. I look at the clock.
"18:08" I mumble. Class is dismissed as I pack my stuff and prepare to leave. Mina throws a glance at me as she leaves but I ignore her, pretending not to notice her glance.
I went back home. Wash up and immediately went to the forest behind my Cabin. Christina is currently fast asleep so I will be cultivating on my own.
I stabilise my breathing and pick up the wooden sword. As a wind blow past, the leaves are carried along. Reenacting the style I practised in my mind, the first form until the seventh form.
By the time I am done, the leaves around were in bits and pieces, but many were in the shape of a star.
I pant as I wipe the sweat off my forehead. The style relies heavily on footwork and sword control. The style strikes in a star pattern, attacking its opponents from 5 angles. This is especially effective when fighting against a mediocre swordsman as they are unlikely to figure out what is happening and adapt due to the fierce and sudden nature of the style.
I mastered the style. The sky is already dark. I look at the clock tower at the capital, 20:14.
The seventh form is the complete form of the style, it integrates speed, precision, and power to create a simple balance.
But why do I feel like something is amiss? No this feeling... I feel like the style can be improved...
I try the seventh form one last time. However, I decided to push myself. Instead of attacking from 5 angles, I decided to attack from 8 angles like an octagon.
*BOOOM!*
*Huff* *Huff*
I look at the ground as I pant.
!!!
No... There aren't 8 markings...
There are 16 markings...a hexadecagon?! Not only that, each strike is slightly off from the other, making it harder to predict my moves.
T-This is the power of an S rank sword talent?!
!!!
Interesting... I feel tired. Yet I am only getting restless. My arm feels great even when it is sore.
I look at my sword, the aura on it intensifies and thickens. The colour changes to a blue aura, indicating pure mana... I've reached the sixth stage of sword intent.
At that moment, someone reveals himself behind the trees.
"Son?..."
My father stares at me in shock.
