SCP-049 got up and went to the push bed, and started to make a careful observation.
When the strapped anomalous creature saw SCP-049, the extent of its struggle increased significantly.

They will become attached to the patient, turning them into this creature (SCP-049 points to the anomalous creature now dubbed Wendigo), and they fall into the endless abyss of hunger. Hmm... It's a bit like the plague.
Lance: One of our agents was bitten by Wendigo. Will he not mutate? Or...be possessed?
SCP-049: Yes, as long as the brave soldier does not swallow another of his same kind, then he will not become like this patient.
