"Dirty brat dont touch me!"
"All I know is I need to live and for that if I have to do steal then that ExACTLY what I'll do!"
" Your mom wanted you to live..not survive"
"I don't know if I can do this"
" I just feel like she's the one for me"
The thorny rose _
Shouts could be heard behind a little barefooted girl who was being chased as she ran down the street . Held tightly in her little hands were a fistful of coins she had stolen from a rich noble. She looked back and gave a slight giggle since the fat looking noble nor his servants could keep up .
She was only seven years old then. She had only one goal in life - To live .
And that's what she did every day.
Every time she stole, she made sure that the person she stole from would know it. She made sure to only steal from greedy nobles. She found it fun to see how they react and have their knights chase after her so she can outrun them. She knew these streets like the back of her hand so finding a place to run wasn't hard for her at all.
When wolf nobles came like sheeps among the sheeps of commoners , one might find it hard to differentiate the rest from them. But she had a knack for it. She found it like a game to find the rich among the poor. She would recognize them by their leather shoes, fancy hats , rings , chains, bracelets or their best quality clothes or just anything that seems uncommon.
She was now a beautiful young girl, 16 years of age. Her skills grew over the years and her goal was now to not only live but also help the poor who were often robbed by the rich. Her name was unknown to all but children lovingly called her "Rose" because she was not only beautiful but also has thorns that could pick you if you get too close. She was someone who almost everyone looked up to. Her carefree nature, her sense of humour, her flexibility and agility and her compassion on especially the children and elderly not only made made her loved by all but also pretty famous. Her fame even reached the ears of high ranking nobles and even the king himself.
This is where everything started going downhill, for her atleast.
