Once the first session of foundational training with Ieyasu was complete, Rui immediately jumped into what was his favorite part of Project Forge.
The system of thought.
"I need to simulate each possible technique, measure the probability of victory of each one of them, and then pick the one with the highest probability of victory," Rui mused. "But first, how do I define all possible techniques mathematically or scientifically?"
Everything needed to be defined on paper and as an equation.
"Techniques themselves are just sequences of actions," he noted. "How do I define a sequence of actions scientifically?"
The answer came to him almost immediately.
"Each action is a motion of my body," Rui realized. "Each action is the reason for the cells in my body moving, mostly muscles. Thus I can define all techniques as a sequence of actions, each action as a set of motions, and each motion as a set of expansions or contractions."
