It was a truly shocking insight.
Unfortunately, he had no idea whether it was actually true or not.
The reason he arrived at this possibility was because of what he had done in order to comfort himself while he had been in the endless nightmare inside his mind.
He had constructed a predictive large language model of his mother, one that acted, spoke, and talked identically to the way she had.
It had even expressed horror at what was truly a taboo decision to pseudo resurrect a version of her in order to cope with the emotional distress he had been experiencing.
And yet, as chilling as his own decisions were, they led him to gaining the insight that if he had enough data, he would be able to recreate her with absolute identical perfection. He would be able to create a predictive large language behavioral model that was truly her for all intents and purposes.
It was horrifying and, yet, it was also enlightening.
