"There was a war which created a massive damage to all surrounding planets and galaxies. It almost killed all that breathes. Each constellation produced their warriors. The zodiacs. To fight their cause. Until two had been left in the battleground, Pleiades and Orion. None backdown even it already send planets to planets into fiery infernos. Not until the war was halted with a peace treaty." Nimrod said while Luna concentrated to the images he projected above his palm where she saw a battle of those supernatural beings.
"I have so many questions right now." she said while Nimrod snapped his palm closed and faced her.
"What is it?" he turned towards her while she bolted into a seat .
"If war has ended, are we still enemies? I mean the Orion and Pleiades?" she asked.
"It didn't end, Luna." He said. "It was only halted and in secret two constellation has been in a fight...even until now."
Luna fell silent about it. "That's a pretty rough history."
Nimrod turned his attention to the window with a contemplating expression.
"Maybe I'm not from Pleiades. Who knows? Bret might have mistaken me to have those auras." she said.
"Plaedian are the only people who possessed such auras and Bret saying that you have it was very far from a mistake." he said. "I need to get away from you as soon as possible."
"What?"
"I shouldn't be found near a starseed of Pleiades." he said.
"Found by whom?" she asked.
Nimrod looked at her worriedly. "I should leave soon." his brows were in one line while he gently cupped her one cheek.
"Don't leave..." she said.
"You can find another cat to take care, Luna." he said.
"You're my favorite cat."
"You call me grumpy. How does that make me your favorite?" he asked.
Luna only frowned and looked down. "But I like you as my pet."
Nimrod only chuckled while he patted her head. "For me, you are my smidgen pet. A clumsy one. But I'm gonna have to leave you after I gather all the archaic stones or my presence will gravitate all those hunters sent to kill all the starseeds from the Pleiades."
Luna actually saw how he was beginning to get worried right now for her safety.
"And I don't want you to be unnecessarily hurt, smidgen." he said. "We shouldn't have met."
And Luna don't know why his last words stung a little that she didn't say another word even until he stood up from the bed and exited the door without another proper goodnight for her.

In the morning, Luna find Nimrod's room empty as well as the kitchen. Suddenly, she felt abandoned once again. She should expect this but why did she felt so unfair since he didn't as much as said his goodbye?
What a jerk and grouchy alien. Luna thought.
Even with a heavy heart, she went about going to the kitchen to prepare something to eat. After she was done eating, she was frozen on her spot upon seeing that she actually prepared a breakfast for two in the table.
Grudgingly, she was about to put away the extra plate from the table when she looked up to the window and found an orange cat getting through inside the living. It even meowed in bored tone towards her. Luna just looked at the cat even it jumped up the table now.
"I thought you already left." she just said and the cat jumped down on the chair across the table and like the first time; it seemed to be a trick to her eyes when Nimrod transformed into a human form.
"Why? Want me to leave?" he asked.
"That's not what I-never mind. Were you been out the whole night?" she asked and put some glass of juice towards him which he already accepted and drank from it.
"The humans call it getting a fresh air." he said.
Luna sat across him and began eating. "Why? Are we enemies now that I am a 'supposed' Pleiades starseed?"
"Quite so." he honestly said. "Like I say, Orions are supposed to hunt your kinds."
"But you wont. Remember that I fed you and housed you until now." she reminded.
Nimrod smirked at her. "Yeah. I should always remember that."
"Engrave it to you soul." she demanded.
Nimrod gestured an X to his chest. "Engraven." he said after a while which made Luna finally smiled at him.
"What a good grouchy alien." she said then.
"Smidgen." he shot back with a smile, clearly unburdened for the knots of thought that ran inside his mind when he decided to leave the house to have some thorough thinking. The fact that Luna's body reacted to the little amount of his saliva that she ingested through the water bottle was a dead giveaway that she was a starseed of Pleiades.
