Darren's tone sent shivers down the spines of the three alphas who were to give the report. Lazarus looked at them with a frown refusing to speak. He was not in the mood to argue with the incompetent alphas, he had much more important things to think about. Lazarus stood up ready to leave when he gave a glance at Darren, "I have other issues that need my attention." He said and left the office with Ezra tailing behind him.
Lazarus walked into the room where Dana was sleeping and found Raven and Rosie sitting beside her bed. He turned to look at Ezra, "He told me after arriving here and I didn't want to interrupt the...Whatever was going on in there." Ezra said with his hands raised.
" Alpha!" Rosie said coming over to hug him. Lazarus received the hug but he did not hug her back and just kept his hands by his sides. "I am glad you are alright."
