At the Blood moon pack
The sun was setting, painting the sky with an orange hue. It was a beautiful sunset from where Kora stood with Darren standing beside her. She didn't know why she always felt like being close to him, she misses him all the time and thinks of him every night before she sleeps wishing to see him even if it was just in a dream.
"I will be leaving now, Kora," Darren said and bent on one knee to be on the same level as her. He could see the sadness in her eyes when he said that and he could relate. All he wants was to keep her close but that won't be right. "I will try to come and visit you as often as I can." He said taking her small hand in his large one.
"Is that a promise? Kora asked looking at him with her colored eyes. The only thing that she was happy about besides the fact that he came to visit her and gave birthday presents to her was that he did not find her appearance weird and she was grateful for that.
